I’m new to the Charlotte area and had been in search of a really good dentist, so I’m incredibly happy to have found this office. From start to finish, my first experience was wonderful and I immediately felt comfortable and welcomed.
Dr. Bjlec’s attention to detail is incredibly impressive. She was so thorough with everything she evaluated and explained, and I really appreciated how much photo evidence she provided throughout the process. I was able to actually see what she was seeing and understand the reasoning behind her recommendations, so I never felt like I was leaving with unanswered questions or just having to take someone’s word for it.
What stood out to me most was her approach to patient care. I trusted her perspective and expertise, but she also acknowledged that I know my own body better than anyone. Her approach was to educate me, give me the information I needed, and then work together to determine what makes the most sense for me personally. I really value that, especially in a healthcare provider.
I also really appreciate that she takes a more integrative approach to dentistry and looks at the bigger picture rather than treating everything in isolation. I left feeling very confident in her decision making and genuinely impressed by how detail oriented and thorough she is.
Her dental assistant, Durga, was phenomenal as well, and the office manager was wonderful. Everyone I interacted with made me feel comfortable, cared for, and welcome. I’m so happy I found this office and would absolutely recommend them!
